3. Use of the Website

3.1. Menuvate enables customers to scan QR codes at restaurants, view menus, and place food orders directly.
3.2. Restaurants can manage their menus, receive orders, and track performance through their dedicated dashboard.
3.3. Customers do not need to create accounts or provide personal information to place orders. Orders are linked directly to the restaurant.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

4.1. Restaurants are solely responsible for maintaining accurate menu information, including prices, item descriptions, and availability.
4.2. Restaurants are required to ensure that their dashboard login credentials are kept secure and confidential.
4.3. Restaurants are responsible for fulfilling customer orders in a timely and professional manner.

5. Admin Oversight

5.1. As the platform administrator, Menuvate retains the right to view and manage all restaurant data, including menus, orders, and performance metrics.
5.2. Admins do not have access to customer personal information, as it is not collected by the platform.
5.3. Admins may intervene in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. Ordering Process

6.1. Customers scan the QR code provided by the restaurant to access the menu and place an order.
6.2. Orders are transmitted directly to the restaurant via their dashboard.
6.3. Any issues with orders, including cancellations, refunds, or disputes, must be resolved directly with the restaurant. Menuvate is not liable for order-related disputes.

7. Payment Processing

7.1. If the platform facilitates online payments, transactions will be handled by secure third-party payment gateways.
7.2. Menuvate is not responsible for payment disputes between customers and restaurants.
7.3. Restaurants must comply with local tax laws and regulations concerning transactions.

8. Data Privacy

8.1. Menuvate does not collect personal information from customers. Orders are placed anonymously and linked only to the restaurant.
8.2. Restaurants’ business data, including menu and order information, is stored securely on our servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel.

9. QR Code Usage

9.1. QR codes are unique to each restaurant and must not be altered or reused without our authorization.
9.2. Customers must ensure they scan the correct QR code to access the intended restaurant's menu.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Menuvate or its licensors.
10.2. Restaurants retain ownership of their menus and related content but grant Menuvate a license to display this content on the Website.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Website is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
11.2. Menuvate is not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in restaurant-provided content.
• Issues arising from orders placed between customers and restaurants.
• Any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website.

12. Modification of Terms

12.1. Menuvate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
12.2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India
